Get the source code of this build by using anonymous svn in this way:

svn co -r 281 http://grub4dos-chenall.googlecode.com/svn/trunk grub4dos

and then apply the patch against revision 281 you just downloaded:

cd grub4dos

patch -p0 < ../grub4dos_r281.diff

and now you may do a "make" to compile.
