For do this, copy autoexec.lua from Mod directory to root DoW: SS directory. 
Copy of DoW: SS shortcut, rename the copy of DoW: SS shortcut as WarhammerFilm, 
open this new shortcut property and edit run string. Add parameters 
-dev -modname TitaniumWars_SS. Example of correct run string:

"D:\Games\Dawn of War Soulstorm\Soulstorm.exe" -forcehighpoly -nomovies -dev -modname TitaniumWars_SS

Launch Mod from this shortcut. Go to skirmish. Set any map and AI-opponents. 
I recommend to set AI difficulty as Hard or Harder or Insane. Check Annihilation 
and Heroes and uncheck all other win conditions. Launch game and enjoy with show! 
You can do all as in ordinary playback viewing. In addition, you can set different 
speed and add resources for AI opponents in any time.

Shift+Tab   -- toggle screenmode.
F1 - F4     -- game speed (F2 - recommended).
F5 - F9     -- add resources for opponents. F5 - F8 first four opponents individually,
               F9 - all other opponents if they over 4 in this game.
F11	    -- number of squads info (in console).
